Reiki Therapy – 30 minute

To those new to Reiki, in short, it is a non-invasive spiritual healing practice that supports overall balance in the mind, body and spirit. It reduces stress and promotes a sense of deep relaxation, peace and well-being.

 It is not based on any religion, cult or belief system. It is a universal life force energy, and its benefits are plentiful.

Reiki is such a beautiful healing modality. It can help healing of all kinds and can relieve pain and acute symptoms very quickly and it helps your mind, body and spirit to heal faster. It strengthens the immune system and helps to replenish energy. Reiki can also assist in spiritual growth. It is common after a Reiki treatment that you may feel clearer mentally and possibly experience deep insights into specific problem areas in your life, or answers to questions you may have.

Distance healing works just as well as the ‘hands on’ approach. Reiki is not restricted by time or space and as such, Reiki therapy can be sent to anyone anywhere in the world. It can also be sent to heal past life, past trauma and into the future to encourage healing of a particular situation.

During a 30-minute Reiki therapy session I work on your 7 main chakras, to clear away energy blockages and imbalances, helping to restore harmony within the mind, body and spirit as a whole being.

This 30-minute Reiki therapy is perfect for those who are new to energy work, or for a top up during the 60-minute sessions.

There are no assessments, photos or reports necessary as I will not be connecting to your energy in the same I do with my Crystal Therapy Treatments. I will be purely sending you Reiki with the use of the distance healing Reiki symbols that I have been attuned to. If there is something specific you would like me to work on, such as past life, past trauma etc, be sure to mention this when I make first contact regarding your treatment.

Body Layout Add-ons

Body Layouts are a great complementary option to add to your chosen treatment package to target specific things you would like to work on.

After your chakra balancing treatment, I use a specific crystal prescription and layout which is left in place for an extra 20 minutes.

There are a few options available for you to add to your chosen treatment package. Chose the one you would like from the drop-down box. These are optional add-ons and are not compulsory.
