Emotional Balancing charm

The chances are, if you are reading this description then you don't need me to write about how big that black cloud is that consumes you on a daily basis, the dread of facing another day and the struggle it takes just to get out of bed in the morning. I certainly don’t need to explain how the very thought of leaving your house turns your legs to jelly, your palms sweat, your heart race and your breathing quickens as you pant your way to another panic attack. It's ok, I understand only too well. Depression is a monster, and as for anxiety, (even more so with the way the world is right now) it can turn even the simplest of tasks, into a huge ordeal.

Before I go any further, I need to make you aware that I am NOT a doctor and cannot diagnose any mental health or physical condition. Please seek the advice of your GP. I am just someone who understands both demons.

I think most people have suffered at the hands of depression and anxiety at one time or another in their lives, whether it be due to circumstances, grief etc. Sometimes there is not a rhyme or reason.

The recipe contained within these charms can help to both lift your spirits but also to calm your nerves and promotes a sense of peace.

Each ingredient is magickally charged with intent by myself, a practising witch at my working altar before being carefully placed within the purple velvet effect pouch. Corresponding coloured ribbon is added and includes powerful knot magick.

This charm is dressed in blue ribbon ~ Traditionally blue is one of the colours used in healing. Blue will call in calm and serenity and is relaxing for the mind and body. An angel wing jewellery charm is also included to call in the angels to further support you.
