This wonderful recipe is just what the witch doctor ordered for those that are suffering from stress & stress related conditions.

Stress is everywhere today, too many deadlines, times restraints, too many bills to pay and not enough money in the bank, the list goes on. And then there is the immense stress that people are feeling at the moment due to the current situation, stress levels are massively elevated.  Stress can cause headaches, illnesses, frayed tempers and so much more and life just seems to be one battle after another.

My chill out charms are also really good for those that suffer with PMT as it helps you to feel more calm and grounded by banishing negativity. They are also great for those suffering the effects of menopause and its ability to make you less rational (trust me, I know).

Each ingredient is magickally charged with intent by myself, a practising witch at my working altar before being carefully placed within the purple velvet effect pouch. Corresponding coloured ribbon is added and includes powerful knot magick.

This charm is dressed in yellow ribbon ~ Traditionally yellow is the colour of joy and happiness. It is also the colour of the Solar Plexus Chakra which is where our emotions are stored. Yellow balances this chakra and helps to calm scattered and deep-rooted emotions.
