Sleepy Head Charm

I honestly don’t believe you can really appreciate the importance of a good night’s sleep, until you have been deprived. There are a good number of reasons why our sleep can be interrupted, from a racing mind, to just not being able to settle. My Sleepy head items won’t knock you out like a sedative, but they can help to promote a sense of peace, relaxation and calm a wandering mind. It is excellent at keeping away nightmares. It also smells divine.

Each ingredient is magickally charged with intent by myself, a practising witch at my working altar before being carefully placed within the purple velvet effect pouch. Corresponding coloured ribbon is added and includes powerful knot magick.

This charm is dressed in blue ribbon ~ Traditionally blue is one of the colours used in sleep magick. Blue will call in calm and serenity and is relaxing for the mind and body and helping to reduce insomnia.

Place your charm inside your pillow case for best results. If this is for a child, I would encourage you to sew the neck of the charm closed so they cannot open it. You can then place it within their pillow case or under their mattress.
